Meet Lindsay

I’m the founder of Sage Admit, a graduate business school admissions consulting firm. With nearly 20 years in higher education and admissions consulting, I’ve helped applicants earn admission to every top MBA, MSBA, and MSF program, and have secured more than $10M in scholarships.

I have a master’s degree in psychology and began my coaching career at Columbia University as an Advising Dean, guiding undergraduates through academic and career decisions. I later joined NYU Stern, first in International Programming and later in MBA Admissions. As an Associate Director, I served on the MBA Admissions Committee, recruited domestic and international applicants, and reviewed 400+ files and interviewed 100+ candidates annually.

In 2015, I left to build Sage Admit because I felt a pull to help applicants tell their stories. Ten seasons in, I’ve seen just about every path to success: re-applications, last-minute waitlist pulls, and sub-3.0 GPAs admitted to M7 programs.

I feel honored to do this work full-time, and bring a hands-on, practical approach with a focus on nailing the end-to-end strategy. I am an active member of AIGAC, the Association of International Admissions Consultants, and have earned recognition as one of Poets & Quants Top MBA Consultants for four consecutive years (2023-26). I also have a particular interest in promoting diversity and inclusion in business and have been invited to speak at the Reaching Out Pre-MBA Conference, Forté MBA Launch, MBA Insider Podcast, GRE Bites, and MBA Waves.

Originally from Michigan, I spent 20 years in Seattle and NYC before settling in suburban New Jersey. In my free time, I enjoy traveling (visited 40+ countries), practicing yoga (former instructor), and spending time with my husband and daughters.
